I see a typo as being "Ten to Cream Pages."

 

Gotta say that is a valid point.

 

Maybe "misprint" would be more accurate.

I don't understand how someone could fat-finger "White to Off-White Pages" into "Tan to Cream Pages."

Um, the Tan key is right next to the White Key and the Off-White Key is just above the Cream key? It was late?

I'll buy that. "Typo" seemed to quick and pat an answer, especially considering the unanswered questions raised about the grading for a certain auction house.

Presumably they don't even have to type anything. Just pick an option from a list of different page qualities.

Isn't there a second (quality control) person checking the labels after they have been printed and added to the books?

that dude is to busy hitting the pipe to do quality control seriously, i know they're human after all, considering my TTA 37 came back with no hologram on the case. i think they need to hire some new blood to do quality control.
