Book is attached at both staples, and has no restoration, that I am aware of.

 

There is about a 1" spine split, at the bottom.

Hard to believe people can find this stuff that is so old.  I can't get the search function to work worth a darn, and usually have to result to a Google search, and even then it is hard to find.
