Actually it’s a Rahzzah Cover... no clue who that is  wonder why?!

I actually don't hate that cover - the speech bubble is horribly unfunny and the background color is terrible. But the image itself isn't terribly executed.

Yeah I would say that one makes it here on the strength of the terrible color / poor attempt at humor. 

His work has that vague, almost blurry / too smooth heavily digital look that I dislike, but I wouldn't call him a bad artist, just not my cup of tea.

Oh yeah, I agree with you. I don't like the cover either, but the actual figure isn't terrible.
