Anyone know the history of the Tongie Farms collection?

I'm going through my collection and I found one that I forgot is from the Tongie Farms collection. I don't remember anything about this, like is it a real pedigree?

It was a cool find by Quality Comix, but not a pedigree. Generally the books aren't high-grade enough to qualify as a pedigree, but they are original owner:

I bought a tongie book on ebay it was a 12c book with a 15c sticker on it. I queried the seller why an OO book would have a 15c sticker on it but got no reply. I'm thinkin there are a lot of fake tongies.

I purchased this Tongie Farm book from their site last year! The Bronze Age books especially are in great condition.
