I bought books from both last week - and got them the wrong way around.

 

I do know Stephen has been really busy, but he always got back to me in less than 3 days.

Their correspondence is not the greatest but they ship very fast.

 

+1 - I emailed them 5 days ago and no reply yet....but I have bought from them and they do ship very fast.

If I can only get them to reply as I want to purchase 6 books they have up now.

I emailed them 3 months ago.

 

no response.

 

but in the past they were exceptional, in communication and selection and shipping.
