The Ramos variant specifically says to get it at booth 600, so it seems to be different than most of the exclusives that are sold at the Fan expo Merch table.

 

Just noticed that there are "Get It Signed" banners next to the Cassaday, Dodson, and Liefeld variants on the Fan Expo Dallas Exclusives page. Are they going to be announced as guests?

I see now that Booth 600 is the Stan Lee Collectables booth, so that's where the Ramos variant will be available.

Is there a floor plan out there floating around showing where the vendors will be on the show floor? The link on their website doesn't seem to take you anywhere.

you can either take DART to a train station directly under the convention center, park onsite at the convention center (I think it's $15) which isn't usually too bad if you get there early enough, but can fill up fast if you aren't coming til later. Or use this link to reserve parking ahead of time. :
