Nice book! Is there water damage on front or is the bag giving it a ripple effect? On the back cover, is the corner chunk missing or just bent over? I'm going to go at least a VG 4.0, maybe up to a 5.0.

It's structurally @4.0, but those sun/dust shadows will get you hammered.

hey guys thanks for the input, ive actually got a lot of books I need to get graded. Does any one have experience with cleaning/pressing books? (not for this particular issue but for some others I have ) , also it is a fold on the back cover not a missing corner, and im still not seeing the water stain/ ripple shadow was referring to
