Not really? Did they make any guarantees of condition?

No they didn't, so that's why I said "not really" instead of flat out "no".

Me = not a satisfied customer.

Gotcha. Expectations a little high.

Would you expect a new book to arrive with a large dent in the spine?

Wouldn't you be disappointed that there is no way to exchange it?

No, actually.

Not if it was a quad signed book with no expectation of grade. The price was a steal. Get what you pay for?

I'm gonna need safety pins to hold that smile for two more months. And I'm not real clear on how the PIF deal works, I haven't spent much time in that thread.

:grin: -->me trying

Don't worry about the thread. I simply mean that you take the opportunity to help someone in the future at your earliest convenience.

As for the smile, don't go all Joker on me. ;)

Loved issue 1 (one of my favorite first issues I've read in a while, maybe all year), and my Midtown signed copy came in with a tiny dent on the spine, but I really can't complain at that price (especially considering I got it shipped with Preacher #51 for around $10 altogether). Still haven't picked up #2 but it's on my pull list waiting for me.
