Hey everyone. The way December is playing out, I do not see myself devoting much more time and energy to this thread. I will leave it open through the end of the10th. I will try to nail down all PMs. If you don't get one, hit me up.

 

If circumstances have changed for anyone, please let me know, or if you only got one book and were anticipating another couple hundred to be able to choose from. I'm not going to hold anyone to anything that they don't want to be held to.
