Is the same organizers who did Orlandocon at the Carib Royal a number of years ago the same for this? That wasn't a great con.

I sent Megacon an email about a week ago asking for information on their vendors. I have not received anything yet. Does anyone know what vendors will be attending?

I remember speaking with Jamie Graham at Baltimore who seemed to indicate his company would be setting up, and I'm sure you'll get a lot of the Florida dealers who normally do MegaCon and TBCC as well. Hard to say how many out of state dealers plan to attend though, with it being just a few days before Thanksgiving.

This is just too silly. I think the promotors are just fishing for a lil' Christmas cash. May as well set up in the lobby of the Doubletree

Just as an FYI vendor names are generally not released on the website or anywhere in advance until the program guide pdfs are posted online shortly before the event (including the floorplan). I can see if there is a possibility the vendors list could be released in advance here on the Collector's Society boards.

I wonder how they decided which "privileged" dealers they would invite to set up for this one.

CGC will not be there. I will be set up as a cgc facilitator accepting both signature series and universal submissions. Look for One-Stop-Comic Shop and/or Steve Lydic colors when you get to the show

The other problem is many of the local Florida Dealers have already committed to either Clearmont Comic Con or UltraCon prior to this event even being announced.

I've heard Valdemort will be there. I don't get why CGC is not setting up. I wish they were.

I will be at booths 217. 2 booths full of Silver and Golden Age, and just a bit of the hot modern stuff. Bringing a full set up. 18 boxes of CGC graded books. 17 boxes of Golden Age. 33 boxes of Silver Age, and maybe some other stuff.
