Batman 232 in 9.6 is not a $800 book

$800 is too high! But I was surprised how expensive this book is when I looked it up. The last one on eBay (in January) went for $565. It's mostly been trading for $500 to $600. Heritage did get $725 shocked.gif for one in October last year (don't know if that includes the buyer's premium confused.gif ).
