I showed up yesterday pretty excited, but walking around Artist Alley, where I usually spend most of my NYCC time, it dawned on me that lots comic artist I dig and would look for at the show are dead...

It's still pretty cool there. Friday's relatively chill, not too many costumed folks and one can actually walk around at close to a natural pace in places.

 

Also, Jim Shooter is still tall, even sitting down:

As always, Heritage has some sweet OA for their upcoming auction on display.

The overlays - are loose -- probably adds the look - on the HA page, they show images with and without the title frame.
