I found a copy of Crime Does Not pay 24 in my True Crime Annual.  It also had CDNP 22 but I already had that one.  Still Looking for CDNP 23.  The Complete Book of True Crime is actually a Crime Does Not Pay Annual. I kind of wonder why two books cost $.25 instead of $.20 but I guess this means it was really popular

I always thought CBoTC included 22 through 24, I didn't realize it was just 22 and 24, but that makes sense at 132 pages. I guess by 1944, CDNP and many other GA books were down to 48 pages, so the price per page is consistent. It's a great cover, and I really should pick up one at some time, despite already having both interior issues.
