Good one. If you don't mind I will take that copy...

NP; as soon as you deliver your first born in trade... ;)

No first born as of yet. But I can work on it and in the meantime give you an IOU.

Will pm you postal address in a minute.

I would say all three of these are tough for it took quite a few years to put them together. The Punches are from 1944 and 45 with the Dynamic coming in at 1944 so

i would say they are pretty early precode if not the first to appear on stands.

Last year CC had two FN cgc copies for sale of the Punch 9 at the same time. I thought about it too long and both were gone in a month or so.

Here's a few:

Web of Evil 5

Web of Mystery 17

Tales of a Horror 8

Here's my WOM 17. Took me awhile to find a decent copy.

Also, always thought it was odd that this run doesn't have the

number on the covers until No. 23-25 then no numbers again

after 25 to the end of the run.

Another tough one (imo) is Black Cat Mystery 45. Not my copy below,

but did manage to find a complete lower grade one a few years ago.

That tales of Horror 8 is going immediately on my want list. A very cool book.

A decent read as well. When I picked up my copy two months ago,my buddy had two copies..looked real nifty side by side on the wall.ill see if the other is still available.

Mentioned this one earlier, tough to find in any grade but especially in HG as the cover stock used was very poor and tended to split making the cover detached. Mine is taped but I love it. I know Adamstrange has a nice copy!

IMHO this is the best (creepiest) Tales of Horror cover, and not an easy catch as well; Took me awhile, even though a dozen years ago. The eyes in the tentacles are what does it; Myron Fass cover.
