distrubtion ink?

hey guys long time since i posted the last time here :) good to be back

 

i got a question on distrubtion ink on a book ...how does it effect the grading ? if i got a VF or NM book and i got distrubtion ink on the buttom of the book.

 

sorry for the bad english i become a little bit rusty ;)
