What's the pricing for CGC as well as the creators?

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We know the following signing fees for:

 

Len Wein $20 on all books except Hulk 181 and Giant Size X-Men which is $25 per book.

Mike Zech is $10

Joe Rubinstein is $10

 

The other creators have not told us of any signing fee as of this time.
