Wow..brand new topic and 1st responder has nothing to add except make silly acusations. Whatsmh...smh...sad, very sad.

They've been around a lot longer than you and have seen ridiculous threads pumping up bad books just for the sake of it many, many times. Pre Heat? What a pointless thread... The modern forum used to be interesting once.

:preach:

Go home Grandpa, your drunk.

This forum is for guys who don't know the difference between your and you're. The old and/or educated need to get out.

Is that in the forum rules?

Rule #779, subsection B, paragraph 3. Have you been living under a rock ? :roflmao:

Damn! Marv-Vell would've been great, along with Thanos, Drax and Warlock, the whole Starlin cosmic era would be complete

Marvel is the exact opposite of DC who can't wait to let everyone know exactly who will be in every movie

It's still a solid SA key, but yeah, people who paid VF prices for VG copies are gonna be kicking themselves

Warlock is a solid pickup right now. That was not his cocoon in Guardians according to James Gunn (he would know)....

If you've read the books, you know Warlock is vital to the potential stories going forward.

My Advice at any price, pick up every Warlock book you can find.

Depends on which Gunn interview you read. In one he said it wasn't Warlock and in others he said it was.

He likes to have fun with his comments, his original phone-interview about it not being J'Son was exactly:

"Any clue you can give to fan's trying to figure out who Star-Lord's Dad is?"-Interviewer

"It’s definitely not the character who it is in the comics, I’ll say that much."-Gunn

Which everyone has taken to mean, its some other character. His wording choice is interesting though, because it could have two meanings.

People see it as: "His Father is not J'Son, but some other character"

But It could also be: "His Father is J'Son, but J'Son is not the same character (King of Spartax) that he is in the comics".

Did he change his dad to another character, or did he change the character who his dad is...

I meant his admission about it being Warlock's cocoon in GOTG, the denying it, then confirming it again.

He's been pretty consistent with saying that J'Son isn't Starlord's father in GOTG2, mainly because he always hated the name
