Sandman #1 CGC 9.6 s/s Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth & Dave McKean - $925

Gorgeous book. I still don't know why this is a 9.6.

From my uncirculated source of books ---actually, all the Sandman comics in this thread are from that source---I felt they were all solid 9.8 candidates, but those dark covers are unforgiving.

Incredible Hulk #348 CGC 9.8 s/s Jeff Purves - $85

 

The only signing with Jeff Purves to date----he did a brief run on Hulk, and a solid one at that. He now currently works in film and TV, with zero convention appearances. These were all from a private signing a few years back, and the only s/s to date.
