Vault of Horror #12 Scarce 1st Issue - 1.0 Fair Condition

 

Hate to sell but need to raise some money, so here's your chance to get a hard to find EC issue at a low price.

 

I'll describe the book as best I can but review photos for condition. I purchased this issue on boards from Bunky Brian.

 

Large piece out of cover and first page, cover is attached but barely, spine splits but not completely separated, no missing pages, two centerfolds detached, cream pages not brittle. Book displays very nice.
