Hi guys, doing some spring cleaning and will aim to offer up more cool odds and ends in this thread.

--

Here's two sets of full-color magazine-sized reprints of John Carter of Mars newspaper strip stories from the 1940s, based on the Edgar Rice Burroughs character and illustratred by his son John Coleman Burroughs. Great classic GA art in these. These sets were compiled by occasional boardie Jeffrey Shanks (great guy, not sure if he is still on here) and were a labor of love for him. I've enjoyed them and would like them to find a good home.

Yours for FREE plus postage!  CLAIMED

MAD MAGAZINE LOT of 9. If you were collecting Mads in the early-to-mid 80s, these are the issues you were always looking for... some of the best parody issues, including Raiders/Indiana Jones movies, Star Wars movies, Superman I & II, E.T., 80s rock music and more. Pretty decent copies, average VGF or so.

Yours for FREE plus postage!  CLAIMED

If it is ok to take both, add these on.  Thanks for offering.

SPIDEY REPRINTS: AF 15, ASM #1-11. This is a fun set of reprints circa 2006 that ran as newspaper promos. (And it worked--I bought a TON of newspapers!) Each one is half of an early issue of ASM. A few random ones are missing but there's still lots of fun reading here. Perfect for reading to your kid (I've been reading a set to my son); for the first 24 hours, I'd like to offer this up to someone who will share it with their kid(s). After that it's open to everyone.

Yours for FREE plus postage!  CLAIMED
