It's being put out by Black Mask Comics (studios? I've seen them go by both)

Ok Here's one coming first week of November, really looking forward to this with Rachel Rising ending Terry Moore will be putting all his efforts into this , and it sounds like it could be fun. Coming from Abstract Studio, not sure how easy it will be to find at LCs so you may want to look early. Was told not much left at diamond.

I haven't read this, but the description sounds a bit like what Fred Van Lente was doing with the 1% in A&A

If you like gangsta books this one is for you. Just read it , panel and art work is great . And the story seems interesting, just getting started but interesting
