What were the best Comics of 2015?

East of West is still best of the best. Issue #22 was off the charts cool.

Southern Bastards is still great though both books could use a pick me up in scheduling.

The Walking Dead is as good as it has ever been and that says a lot to me.

JLA has really moved into a special place imo.

Batman Endgame was phenomenal.

Descender and Birthright are enjoyable too.

Star Wars by Marvel was very good but I enjoyed the Dark Horse stuff just as much and those books had cooler covers.

Enormous is beautiful but suffers from a very slow output level.

I will have to check out Endgame. Thanks.

You're welcome. I hope you like it.

I need to look at my massive piles to see what I've been reading.

Outcast was much better than I thought it would be. Really solid the last few issues.

Agree on East of West. So good.

Black Science and Low continue to impress.

Not the best but honorable mentions:

Valiant books like Rai and Ninjak really surprised me. Especially Rai; great writing and art.

The Star Wars Annual was pretty cool. The Lando series was great. Though there were lows, it was pretty solid.

Thought of a few more:

Drifter (really enjoy this series)

The Dying and the Dead (seriously underrated, but too few of issues)

Copperhead

Spread (oh hell yeah)

We Stand on Guard

We Stand On Guard was wonderful.

Endgame was decent from Bats, but the issues since 41+ have been some alright stories, but mainly let downs.

A lot of the secret war tie-ins from Marvel had started with a great idea or two, but most really fell apart.

I'm still liking Fight Club 2. The story has me questioning what is going on, not in a way where I feel confused, but in a way where I know an answer will arrive eventually. Im glad I jumped on for the ride.

Top of my list-

Batman -Endgame (Robobat, while not terrible, just isn't doing it for me...still better than the majority of comics on the stands)

Justice League

Southern Bastards

Wayward

Ragnarok

JLA

Ones to watch:

Black Magick

The Goddammed

Of the top of my head

Divinity

We Stand on Guard

Chew

Uber

TWD

East of West

Letter 44

Letter 44 is so good.

Most books peter out long before they get to this point in their story.

But the writing on Letter 44 is just as strong.

Really hard to do once the aliens are revealed.

Batman

Darth Vader

Star Wars

Carnage

My favorite of the year was Gotham Academy

DC just really seemed to introduce a lot of new characters and older characters into the story line and keep the book fresh IMO. Really digging the Gotham meets Harry Potter vibe that the book has. Thought that the One Shot they did earlier this year Batman/Joker tie-in with the rest of the Bat books was really well done as well as the recent Robin War tie-in with a brief appearance by the court of owls. The book just seems to get better each issue, although I wasn't a big fan of the art in the last issue.
