When I just discovered the X-Men (#166 was on the stands), I went to a barber shop in Florida while visiting my grandparents and he had a copy of X-Men #98 that he had gotten from the Goodwill store - he gave it to me and it started my quest to complete the run. I loved that issue - took me many years to buy issues #99 and 100 to complete the story.
