Strange Tales #86 CGC 9.0 OWW - Highest graded. I had this book offered recently as a raw 8.5 OW but I guess CGC disagreed.

 

These late issue Strange Tales books are impossible to find in the NM range, even 16 years into the CGC market. This is a scan of the book raw but the book is CGC graded.
