I'm at a 2.0/2.5 for this comic because of the cover wear, creases and some staining and please leave a reason why you think it's the grade it is and the only hidden defect is the black marks in the pages.

I’d say the marked wear/creasing on the spine should keep this outside VG range, so your estimation of a GD+ 2.5 is OK, but as it has been said, the page quality is a big plus, so you can sell it for a bit more than a 2.5…

Tape pull for tape pull, this is a 3.0 for comparision if it helps (it has some light water staining at the bottom, so it was probably graded harsher for this, but as you see it’s quite a nice copy):
