Signatures on the outside of a cover get a green (qualified) label.

I have a Spiderman 2099 which has a ‘faded band’ of about 1.5 inches across the top part of the comic.  When you look straight on you can see part of the border of the band but it otherwise looks normal.  From a side angle it is clearer.

Does anyone else have anything similar? Could this be where the roll was changed over for the red foil?
