Updated. I am literally getting HUNDREDS of images as we speak. I can't thank all of you enough for your help. I am trying to update this list as quickly as I can but I would suggest holding off on anything on the list until i get that completed over the next few days. I would not want to have anyone spend their time to something I already have. Anything NOT on the list though would certainly be very much appreciated!

I wanted to drop in with an update. I can't believe the response that i have gotten both on the forum here and from Fiction House fans in general! I have almost every page scan that I have asked for It is going to take me weeks to index and record the images that I have received from so many generous people.

 

The ONLY images I am still looking for are high res scans of Planet Comics COVERS issues

 

1-11 - 30-40 and 48-60. If anyone has those (even slabbed images) it would be a huge help.

Fantagraphics is planning to combine my two Fletcher Hanks books into a single volume, "The Complete Fletcher Hanks".

 

You heard it here first!

 

I need super high-res (600 dpi) scans of ONLY two panels from Jungle Comics #14.

 

Can anyone help me out? You'll get an acknowledgement and a free copy of the book upon publication.

 

(And I also need lower res scans of a story from "Great Comics #2)

It sounds like you're swamped with Fiction House scans at this point. But in case you're interested, I have an original art piece (splash page) by Lily Renee from the Werewolf Hunter title in Rangers Comics 34. It is framed alongside both the actual comic and a high-quality color reproduction of the splash page. In a prior email exchange with Trina Robbins, she thought that this was a great splash page showing off Lily Renee's work.

 

Let me know if this sounds of interest to you for your book (which I really look forward to reading). I can provide this as a jpg at 300 dpi resolution, ~9 MB.

Do you have DropBox? it is a free cloud service where you can upload files and then send a link to the folder via email to anyone you want to grant access to download. I use it all the time and it is really great.
