I already tried contacting the seller multiple times and he has not responded, so I figure he has had fair warning. This book's listing title and the CGC label are incorrect: http://www.ebay.com/itm/142159343145 This is Clive Barker's: Hellraiser #1 (1990) from Marvel Epic. The listing has this information correct in the listing details. However, it is listed as Hellraiser Nightbreed: Jihad #1 which is a different, and less sought after book that looks like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/121450122885 The Hellraiser #1 with a 9.6 usually goes in the $100-150 range. Even submitting for a corrected label and reholder, there is still some profit for someone looking to flip it. Ideally though, this is a great chance for a collector looking for this for their collection to pick it up for a steal. I already have two 9.8s of this issue, I'm not really into the book flipping thing, and the seller didn't want to respond to my phone calls or emails.
