I'm more at 8.5 maybe 9.0 due to a few CBC (upper right and along right edge) and few spine ticks. Sort of looks like a popped staple on the bottom, but I didn't consider that in the grade. That would drop it more.

If it hit 9.0 I wouldn't argue, at least based on what the scans show.

I think the upper right cover is worse than at first look, with the other defects; I'd say a 7.5/8.0. The lower staple looks funky too but it is hard to tell.
