PGM: PPSSM #64 - CLOAK AND DAGGER

Impact or production flaw at TLC, same at BLC. Color breaking ticks at spine, one at the logo just under the word "Group", one at the moon, one at the "C" in CLOAK. 2 or 3 smaller ones alone spine as well for full disclosure.

Pages are straight edged and I'll call OW/W to be conservative(although more WHITE).
