I don't do Marvel Legends but for some reason I've really liked the Stealth Suit figure. It is sharp and reminiscent of the Black Suit... I would like to see it used in the comics again. 1 STORMSHADOW_80 reacted to this
followtheleader 8,446 posts Posted November 12 Agreed, also don't collect those. But the figure has a sleek, simple, and smooth design. Can't beat the three S's. Patrick 1 STORMSHADOW_80 reacted to this
followtheleader 8,446 posts Posted November 12 (edited) Havent posted a purchase in a bit. This is the takara version of the interchangeables. Love it a lot. Huge fan of the magnet based figs. Scarlet Spider was using the stealth suit last time I read it. Not sure where it is now.
Buzzetta 24,410 posts Posted November 12 I got up early to watch the first episode of "The Mandalolorian". I want to see more toys. As of now we have the following (where it counts) Lego: 1 AT ST set featuring our 'hero' along with the Cara Dune along with two Klatoonian thugs. Hasbro 6" Black Series Mandalorian 6" Black Series Cara Dune (Announced) 6" Black Series IG-11 (Exclusive) 6" Black Series Outer Rim Jawa 3.75" Mandalorian (Spring 2020) 3.75" Cara Dune (Spring 2020) 3.75" Scale AT-ST with Klatoonian Thug Driver 3.75" Remnant Stormtrooper (Winter / Spring 2020) What do I want? I want that ship in either Lego form or Hasbro form. I would prefer the Lego version so I can mod the hell out of it and make it a little more in scale. First episode was VERY good. Picture Clint Eastwood's Man with No Name in the Dollars Trilogy but given some armor and put into the Star Wars universe.

Aw man, I just (practically) gave away one of those GoT Wall playsets, if I'd known you wanted one you could have had the thing! Love the figs, as always. Target has (had? haven't checked this week) all of the NECA stuff on sale, plus for me 5% off with RedCard and free shipping. Couldn't pass 'em up! I'll post up pics whenever I get around to opening the boxes.
maraxusofkeld 1,104 posts Posted November 12 I know this isn't a WTB thread, but figured most people here might not look at that section. Anyone have a complete Brontosaurus Loose Complete with all figures, instructions, with no broken armor pieces parts for sale or trade?

I look at a lot of toys, and I can't remember the last time I've run into any Dino Riders stuff, if ever. Must be pretty scarce.

Buzzetta 24,410 posts Posted November 15 MP-44 costs a few hundred... If I were to spend a few hundred on a Transformer? I think it would be this thing... It is an upscale Optimus Prime made by a third party that fits GI Joe figures. It is slightly too big for GI Joe but still... 707comics 732 posts Posted November 18 I am out of my normal collecting zone here but when I saw these I remembered getting most of them at Kmart growing up as a kid. Not sure if I over paid ($7 each) but I will enjoy having them on my shelf. I remember those days of going to KayBee, Kmart, Toys-R-Us and all the other mom and pop "toy" stores growing up begging my parents for G.I. joe stuff. The Christmas catalogs were always fun too! 4 1 F For Fake, bane, jdw1991 and 2 others reacted to this
comicwiz 13,065 posts Posted November 19 Had a few months of chaos dealing with parents health issues. Things haven't completely settled down, but I managed to pick up a few items. The first being an LJN Thundercats Cheetara hardcopy head. I've always wanted to build a small run of prototypes for that line, just haven't seen much come up, so when one turned up for sale in a Facebook group, I went for it. The other piece has been in my collection for some time, just never got around to posting about it. I had hoped I would build a bit more around it, but for the above stated reasons it's just been impossible to devote time to work out/negotiate with the owner of where these came from. It's a mold for the head of Cossack, a character from the second wave run of figures Panosh Place had intended to put out for Voltron, but it never made it to production. . Below is a paint master photgraphed for the Panosh Place Toy Fair catalogue (which to my knowledge hasn't turned up - if anyone knows where any of these unproduced paint masters from the Toy Fair catalogue ended-up, please contact me). And finally, I got tipped off about something that showed up for sale. Initially I had never given thought to adding these individual sets to my Canadian Irwin Toy run of Voltron III Gollions. The main reason being they would be near impossible to track down and put together. However earlier this week a discovery happened concerning a gent from Western Canada seemingly having kept a time capsule of Canadian toy rarities. Included were these three sets of Irwin Toy Voltron III "Mighty/Giant Robot Sets" of GoLion - Black lion, Blue/Red lions, and Yellow/Green lions. First time any of these Canadian sets have turned up in over a decade. To provide further confirmation of this point, I looked through at least 10 years of Worthpoint data, and when I ran this picture through "the authority" on toy grading, he told me he had never seen them himself. So what started out as a Black Lion Giant Robot set that I thought, "no way am I going to be able to find the other two" - turned into "can't hurt to ask if he's got the other two" - which then turned out to be a trifecta of vintage goodness - and I can't emphasize enough that you need to ask whenever a lead turns up of this kind. The sets are complete with instruction sheets and were seemingly bought by a person who worked at a Toyland store, and kept these items untouched/unused all these years and is now too old to care/manage his possessions and has asked a friend to help sell them on his behalf. I'm still in disbelief these three sets were kept together and intact all these years. They arrived yesterday and I wanted to snap a quick pic before I put them in storage. While I improvised with a cocktail arcade, the three sets relive all the Voltron III Golions Canadian toy stores stocked on it's holiday gift giving shelves in the mid 80's, and a few that never made it all. 6 F For Fake, Buzzetta, wormboy and 3 others reacted to this
Talapas1 10 posts Posted November 20 I was excited to get this guy last Saturday. I picked up a big run of IDW's TMNT from facebook marketplace and this Krang from a local toy collector/dealer. Then we watched the TMNT Toys that made us to wrap up the Turtle themed weekend. 8 comicwiz, Buzzetta, F For Fake and 5 others reacted to this
