It's one of the DC Universe UPC variants that were only sold in sets or in bricks of 20. There's a growing market for these because some are harder to find than others and it's part of a variant set that collectors want to complete.

Its just a DCU variant, and one of the rarer ones to find.

What a funny coincidence. 

I bought a file box with a ton of bagged comics for $30.  Only bought it because I saw a chunk of Moore Swamp Things.  

But when I got home, there was a super nice copy of that same book in the box. 

Nice score.

All Spawns that late in the run had barcodes

Which numbers? Because I have 118,121,122,124,126 &127 with newsstand upc barcodes.

Newsstands for Spawn went through #137, but there are no (known) #113-#115.

192, 197-199 ... Still solid pickups for the money paid but I thought I was looking at newstand issues when these issues just have a barcode on them.

I have found them to be about equal in scarcity. The Mirage solo books are also very tough and sell quickly for good money online. Raphael: Bad Moon Rising...etc.

The Image newsstand editions of the Turtles are ghosts.
