Long Term Affects with Signatures in Marker

Not sure if this has been discussed on the boards so here it goes. Is there a chance that signatures with markers could have a negative long term effect on the condition of the comic like bleeding through pages to other pages or acid migration, I am not an expert on this subject, just seeking information on the matter. Does anyone have a book with a signature in marker that is 30+ years old? If you have pictures of an old book with a sig in marker I would gladly appreciate if you could share the picture, Thanks in advance.

Possible. I turned down an Iron Man 55 early in the price run-up because it had black marker on the back that made the paper seem thinner.
