ATTN CUSTOMERS WHO SUBMIT TO FACILITATORS 2016!!

Hello everyone.

 

I have a few of these pop up every week, so I will make this short.

 

If you are a customer and you are sending your books to a Facilitator, you will pay the Facilitator the cost to get the books signed and artist/celeb fee etc. If they sub it under their account, then you are good.

 

If you are a customer and you are sending your books to a Facilitator and pay them for the signing fee and the artist/celeb fee and you want those books on your OWN ACCOUNT then CGC will bill YOUR OWN ACCOUNT for those fees.

 

If you want a book under your account CGC bills you.

 

If the Dealer subs the book under their account, we bill the Dealer.

 

CGC will not be refunding customers money that CGC is owed.

 

Facilitators, please make sure that customers who want books under their own account, are aware that CGC will be them.
