Superman 1940 Coloring Book

I have the Superman Coloring Book dated 1940 uncolored in very good condition.

 

It is #176 (I believe).

 

It's Superman breaking through the brick wall version.

 

I'm curious how much is it worth and how collectible?

Cool item. I have one (colored in) but don't have a picture handy. It is pretty collectible but I've seen quite a few. Lets just say, you won't retire on it but it would garner a real nice dinner with your special girl. Post a photo for these fan boys. It ain't a funny book but way related.

Is that the one that has Lex with hair and "Ultra" as the villain?

Depending on which spine version and condition they can range between 50-250. Its a great piece and early but not very rare.
