I find that the more I look at a particular Planet cover the more I see in it and thus the more I like it!!!

I agree on 44. That and 51 are two that don't get discussed a lot but I really enjoy them

I also really like 51.  Plus I think it’s  cool that it’s the only issue in the entire run where the title is not block letters.

That’s one spectacular book. Those early rivot covers are awesome but the creepy monster really makes this ones cover

Interestingly, CGC states that Eisner did this cover. But other sources (including Heritage Auctions) consider Lou Fine to be the artist. Most likely they both had a hand in it.

Yup. And they’re still hard to beat, after 80+ years, if you count their first team-up in Wags magazine ~1936!

It’s the ugliest copy around, but I picked up the CL copy of #4 in the last auction.  Rivets are rivets even if they aren’t the prettiest.  One step closer to having them all.
