It has strong colors but I wish it was in better condition.

I've always loved the reds on this here copy.

For me, Planet 11 ranks near the top of my list of old-school iconic sci-fi covers.

This was one of my first Rivets, which I landed at a Chicago con ~10 years ago. A bit bruised and technicolor-ly challenged, but I can't tell you how pleased I was to acquire this book!

Yes I think you’re right. One of the things I like about this cover is just how much is going on.  A girl chained up in a cave, a man frozen by an alien weapon, 2 faced aliens already in the cave and more coming in from outside. Celardo squeezed a whole lot into a few inches of cover space.  But the girl being such a small part of the cover certainly has hurt the appeal.
