Classic covers 8,10,13,19,33,35,41,53,65,70

Obviously 1 and 15 are excluded as they are automatic classics , right?

Also, depending on your own definition of classic, 16 would be important to include because it is the only cover for the longtime FH staple Mars god of war.

It's great to see everyone's lists! It's fun to see what we all agree on, but which ones are particular you your own tastes. Keep posting your numbers and I'll keep putting them up. Once it seems like we are all done, I'll post a "master" Top Ten of the most common choices. (oh, if you want to change one, post what you want to add, and the one you want to remove) I might be doing that soon.... I'll update the post above as-needed and will bump it down once it get's buried.

31 issues 'faved' so far in all lists.

58 was my number 11 pick. I am surprised Flex is the only one to have that on his top 10. @Flex Mentallo would you remind everyone why it should be a consideration with a pic of your copy?

Oh, sure - happy to oblige, Rick. The most beautiful color design in the entire run IMHO. Retro sci fi rocket bike. Great GGA cover, tells a story of self sacrifice - but I've often wondered, why she appears to be smiling?

58 was also my 11th pick. It was close between 56 and 58. I gave 56 the nod just because I'm a sucker for a line-up of women in progressive stages of x-ray-ification.

Here is my list, as of today... 4,5,10,14,19,36,39,56,65,70

The key words; I am sure if you ask me this question in a few months I will have a different list. Some of the books will always be in my list, but others are outliers and they can change at any time. Looking at the #58 above I wonder how it isn't in my list.

Another interesting experiment would be for people to list their 10 least favorite covers of the run.

Interesting idea...though I could see the insults start to fly, beginning with the art director at Fiction House!

I see 71 is on quite a few lists here. Did anyone happen to pick up the 8.0 copy on HA today? I was in for a while but tapped out around $1400 plus BP

I would've been delighted to win it if I had needed one, and I thought the price was on the nose.

Dear Buttock,

Based on your recent choices, (and what other collectors think based on your choices) you may also like:

33 is one I had considered, but with 35 & 39 I held off.  If I was forced to choose, I suspect it would make the cut.

Hm, remember you said that Kelholt posts his #33,or sacentaur posts his #4.

No doubt about it. They have some spectacular books.

Kelholt and sacentaur, if you're out there, what say you?
