Indeed!  Especially considering there are 8 9.8s and 9 9.6s out there.  Still, I maintain that virtually all comic magazines are currently seriously undervalued (with the exception of certain Marvel mags like Marvel Preview 4, etc.).  I think due to the vast number of incredible covers, Vampirella will lead the pack in recognition.

I saw some 9.0 warrens, somewhere in the first 30 or 40 issues of creepy or eerie ended at less than the cost of stabbing. That is nuts.

I say get them now when they are cheap. They are the last frontier in the comics medium that are affordable.

As many of you may have witnessed Heritage had a phenomenal magazine auction last week and many of those books went for absolutely absurd breathtaking record prices.  I mean note they are some of the cream of the crop copies in existence but damn! I'm actually MOST SHOCKED at the prices hammered for those 2 Mad magazine Pacific Coast Pedigree books below :whatthe::whatthe::whatthe:

With that said; there were also a handful of books that slipped under the radar in that auction which some lucky bidders were able to snag (me being one of them :fear:)

I think the most important thing about the Heritage auction is that it showed (more or less), under adverse conditions, the market not only could absorb that much quality material, but it could set many record prices.  That’s one of the best indicators of market health I can think of.

Interesting that comiclink only fetched $4700 for the same book HA gets $7200 for.  :baiting: What is the fee structure for sellers on HA, is it a flat 10% like comiclink or does HA keep the buyer's premium for themselves?  Maybe that is a factor but still, huge difference.

I know Eerie 23 is hard to find, but is this reasonable?

My guess is that raw, actual 7.5s (and this looks solid grading-wise) are going for $100-$160 at this time.  Obviously, graded 7.5s are going for more.
