Seller's Agreement

• Payment Terms: Paypal only for this sale because I am about to purchase some original art. is preferred because it is so easy. I will accept Money Orders and also Cashier checks but obviously this will slow down the rate at which you can receive your purchase.
  
• Shipping Policy: Unless otherwise noted, shipping is free (Media Rate or Priority Mail, my choice) to the continental US. $5 to AK, HI and $10 to CAN. International buyers will be charged exact charges plus $5 for International Priority Mail or First Class International mail. I will send you tracking information as soon as I have it.
  
• Return Policy: I will provide pics of each item so please be sure you have examined carefully before you buy. I will accept returns if you notify me within 5 days of delivery. Your refund will be given via PAYPAL ONLY, and only after I have received the item and been able to verify its condition.
  
• HR Policy: I will treat you with respect. I enjoy comic books and getting to know fellow enthusiasts. Let's keep it fun!
  
• Winning Policy: Taking it in the thread with an trumps any PM negotiations. In the event that two buyers step forward for the same item the winner will be determined by timestamp.

Funny, your last sales thread lacked all these rules...

Actually, several of these threads used to all be part of the same sales thread a while back, then over time they were separated out into individual threads listed with just one title each (so maybe some rules got dropped during the cut/paste).

Yeah, I found that after several items were sold in the one large sales thread, it seemed like a difficult/clumsy effort to determine what is for sale versus what has been sold.

 

So, I'm giving this a try, this way the thread title is actually more descriptive and people can avoid titles that they are not interested in. But I have to space them out over time so that I am not title bombing the sidebar listings.

 

Anyway. I am not sure that this is more successful from a sales perspective, but it is more specific. And yes, I forgot to post the rules post on that other thread and I am corresponding with both parties right now to try and find an amicable sale.
