Thank you. Wife is all excited as well since I got her some photo ops with some of the cast of Arrow.

I heard CGC will be here taking submission and doing some signature series signings but I  can't find anything on how to sign up for it. Really want to get my Doctor Strange signed and submitted. Any idea what I need to do or how it works? Been checking the forums and its just confused me lol.

Assuming that CGC is there, which I believe I heard as well, you would set that up at the show itself. BEFORE you get your book signed go to the CGC booth and secure a witness, and then go get your book signed with that witness in attendance. If the line is long make arrangements so you can text them to send the witness as you get close to the front. Then you follow them back to the CGC booth and do the paperwork (you can also fill out forms ahead of time if you would like). The key here is to coordinate with CGC before you get any signatures, otherwise you will not be eligible for SS.

Perfect! Find CGC first and try and make it happen. Hopefully they have a good turn out of witnesses.

This is my first trip to KS Comicon. Wife and I will be there Saturday. Should be a good time. Lots of great creators are going to be there. Wish Stan Lee was but can't have everything.

A week and a half away! If you're looking for any particular books just PM me and we will be sure to bring them to the Monster's Lair booth if we have them. We will have some new books, including some keys, that have never been to a show.

I will be getting into KC Friday night but not attending the show till Saturday. Wife and I didn't want to take our son out of school early.

Mysterio, what booth number so I can be sure to stop by?

Safe travels! Once I get confirmation of our booth number I'll post it.

I will have a table there in Artist Alley with a lot of my original art, prints and copies 1-4 of my graphic novel series Korgi. We are debuting some new collectibles as well. Stop by and say hi!

I'll be at Booth 3818 so same location as last year.

I'm bringing 7 new long boxes of recent comic purchases that are mostly 1940's - 1960's  Dell and Gold Key type comics. Should be close to 2000 comics.

No bags or boards or much organization. Just like an old school comic con and all priced $5 each. I know this won't appeal to signature series geeks but for 50+ crowd we love this stuff!

I will not do any sales out of these boxes for early birds so if you get to my table early on Friday when show opens you should score some cool comics! I had planned on taking these to C2E2 but at last minute I realized that C2E2 doesn't provide tables for booths so comics came out of van and tables went in.  doh!

I'm hoping to have a little money to spend on the floor this weekend, and I'll be sure to stop by. I bought an Avengers #9 from you at Wizard Chicago but didn't introduce myself since you were pretty busy at the time.

Looks like some great stuff! Unfortunately, I didn't get much of a chance to look through anything at your booth at C2E2 because it was almost always crowded. I'll be there on Saturday and Sunday, so I hope there will be something still available!

I have never been a big signature guy, but Kevin Eastman and Jim Steranko being in KC have me thinking. I have a TMNT #1 (3rd) in 7.5-8.0 that I have been contemplating. And I have a Strange Tales #151 (1st Steranko work at (Marvel) in about 5.0. Thoughts on whether these are signature worthy books? Again, it would be to increase the market appeal of the books because it's not a huge plus for me. Any opinions appreciated.

Quick report:

Made it to the show yesterday, but not today. Bought a stack of books from Leroy, bought a few books from Mysterio's brother, and hit several other booths that had silver age stuff. Lots of Spideys available, and put a huge dent in my list. Not as many pre-hero books in my price range, but I got two or three. Also filled out a lot of my want lists for Strange Tales, TOS and TTA. I only had a few hours so I didn't get to see much if there weren't silver age boxes involved. It felt like a huge crowd to me for Friday afternoon.  Finally, I upgraded my BEAT but complete Hulk 4:
