wow... they are getting to be as common as ditch water!   Now somebody please find the corresponding 2nd print newsstand of Superman #50.  We know one exists.   I would gladly pay $200 for it.

I'm surprised more of the DC presents Canadian price variants haven't shown up. But they are starting to.

They  are out there. I mean, to think only 5-10 copies of a major publisher comic were printed isn't very realistic.

I wonder if that’s one of the 14 posted here or a 15th.

I also just picked up a new unknown copy on eBay last week so there’s either 15 or 16 known copies now.

Finally arrived through media mail in great shape, can’t wait to see what grade it gets.

It’s a 9.4 with white pages, a new high on the census (once they correct those 3 mislabled 9.6s).

I sold the 9.4 White Pages on eBay on 3/17/18 for $3,000. Another new high for this book.

wow... that is amazing.   How many different bidders were bidding on it?   Could you please post a link to the auction?

I had no idea this was a thing! So I went to check my copy of Batman #457 and look what I found...

(would CGC annotate that it has the "000" error?)

Yes, CGC should point this out.  The direct sales versions with 457 and 000 in the indicia a very easy to find.   The newsstand variant with 000 in the indicia is hard to find (my guess is about 1 in 100 have 000 in newsstand format).   And the 2nd print news is the one where only 16 or so have been found

A raw second print newsstand just had an auction end at $1,100.

Item # 302697541007

It had 5 bidders. Very impressive to see a raw end so high. This copy did not have the black line in the barcode. The auction also stated it was part of the already known 15 (maybe 16).632B2B20-F185-4524-8FEE-6F6F19864F45.jpeg.0e856efe0169a4225327af3836497a8a.jpeg

A second print newsstand (labeled incorrectly as just a second print) sold at best offer for $2,300 on 4/18/18.

It’s frustrating that these books continue to get mislabeled.

I don’t have much hope of the indicia error ever making it on the label.

I wonder...if Bats #457 sells for this much, how much Supes #50 can.

I suspect there aren't nearly as many Supes #50s left in existence.

hm

Well, Rock, you will only find out if you list it.   If you start bidding at $500, I'm in.    (thumbsu
