Hunting the 6 variants of Batman 457 (1st Tim Drake ROBIN) 8 8

Yes, the cover has some stains just behind Robin in the moon and there's an indent on the back not mentioned in the description.

 

The seller mentioned to me that a friend had sold him a box of comics that contained 5 copies of BA #12 which he made a killing on, so after something like that I don't think he was as excited about the rarity of a 2nd print newsstand comic.

The two that I've found on eBay both came from Florida so now I'm curious about where others have found their copies.

Burr925 who sold his copy on eBay was from Missouri and Cpt Kirk got his copy from Jaded Savage who's in Wisconsin.

Nice catch and that was a great find for a dollar. So that makes 9!

Looks like I knocked out 3 of the variants with one swing!

 

I'll need to check the condition closely when I get home. I may slab it or just sell it raw. Will be interesting to see how the market reacts...

Checked mine and it's a 1st print direct with the "000", I'm guessing that's the most common version?

What's the approximate value of #457 1st Print Newsstand with #000? Haven't seen any recent sales for this specific book on eBay, although some of them might have been sold without it being known.

Found a 457 newsstand with the 000 error just a week ago.

I have 3 of them with the #000. I don't think CGC is aware of this error, because I have another that was graded a few months back and nothing was noted on the Label.

Found an auction up for a 2nd print newsstand...this is the first without a buyitnow so should be interesting. I wonder if it's a boardie and if it's one of the 10 known copies or an 11th.
