how to grade this? X-Men 8

Picked up this copy of X-men 8 . Book looks to grade abt 7.5-8. but has the price indica covered over. really nice book with Off-White pages otherwise. Opinions??

6.5-7 with the price blocked out with marker. If it was a single slash, per the typical 'markdown' vendors used, it might not be as big of a hit in the grade.

No BC scan?

 

Just going off the FC scan and "pretending" the ink smear isn't present, the book does not approach 7.5/8.0.

 

Impacted lower left corner (as in the book was dropped).

 

Marvel chipping on lower right side of the BC.

 

Warping on outer right edge (by Clyclops)- light water contact, apparently.

 

If there are no compounding issues with the BC, factring the ink stain, I'd say a 5.0.
