FWIW, Mylene Demongeot in 2015 published a graphic novel celebrating and documenting her mother's life in Adieu Kharkov - https://www.bedetheque.com/serie-48818-BD-Adieu-Kharkov.html It's an interesting read given the life her mom decided to lead to survive historical events from revolutionary Russia to booming China to France back to Vietnam and then occupied Paris. Worth the read (I enjoyed it) but alas I don't foresee a translation any time soon.
