Hey all, Trying to figure out where this book will grade - haven't picked it up(yet) and while it's seen better days(nasty tear & tape) it's an affordable copy that'ss complete and no resto. Any and all opinions/comments would be appreciated and thanks in advance for your time

I always say, don't hesitate to pick up early classic books . . . but the size of the tear and the tape (appears "new") bother me a bit - tough call. I'd go on price point.
