Where do they pop up?

It seems that not everyone gets the coupon on their ebay site. However as its been done before, someone in fact get a coupon and shares the code here in CG and it actually works for anyone. So far, from what Ive seen.

The codes are usually on the ebay home page. It was in a little window on my watching page as well.

#1) Most likely because it is Cyber-Monday.

 

#2) It is usually over quick like that - sometimes it has ended like at 4 pm Pacific, which usually cuts me out by the time I see it.

 

The only place I find out about these is the kind people who announce it in Comics General.
