Flat and square, tight with some general wear, but there's a half inch tear lower BC, and behind it there's a 1/4 x 1/4 triangular chip out of the bottom edge of several leaves.

Binder holes with those annoying white reinforcements FC and BC, spine nearly split, cover barely hanging on to upper staple, some general wear.

 

This is one of those weird-arse page counts, 32 pages front half, 24 pages back half. Printers is the CRAZIEST people!

 

Interior is tight with offwhite - white pages.

 

O'street is $187, grab a reader and smear some archival tape along that spine!
