Graded Comic Bags 1 1

I Just bought some BCW GRADED COMIC BAGS they are 8 1/2 x 13 7/16 and you CAN NOT get a CGC case of the new size in them.

 

I saw some bags sized 9 x 14 1/4 but, I feel that will be too baggy. (no pun)

 

I had some older bags that would fit the new case if you were really careful but I don't remember the brand.

 

Does anyone have a better product they could recommend. Looking for snug fit, with a clear bag.

Was wondering about the same thing... those larger bags I believe are mylars, in which case their lower flexibility might might make for a less baggy fit than expected.

Work great for old and new cases. BUT don't buy from eBay, I have the manufacturer's website bookmarked at home (much cheaper). I'll post it later today after work, just pm me if I forget.

I use the mylites 2 914M2s. Haven't tested the new case design yet but they have worked ok for my needs so far.

Hot Flip's bags work perfect. It's a little snug (not too snug at all) for the new cgc cases, but still fits perfectly

Once in a while, I receive a CGC book from a seller where the "sticky strip" is on the back of the bag and not on the flap.

 

Does anyone know what bags those are? Putting the bag back on after scanning is much easier when the sticky is on the bag instead of the flap.

I use these: 50 CGC Graded, E. Gerber Mylites 2 COMIC BOOK BAGS, 914M2, 2 Mil Thick

 

Not resealable but great IMO for graded books. I think hotflips sells them on the bay and maybe here on the boards....somewhere...

I use BCE's 2 mil mylar bags. They have one bag (part #237) for the old slabs and another (part #238) for the new slabs. The bags fit the slabs well without a lot of slack on the sides like some other brands have.
