Fraudulent Ebay Item

Hi Everyone,

 

This is my copy of Daredevil 1 CGC 9.4. Some guy from Arkansas it seems keeps creating fake accounts on Ebay, stealing the stock photos from my previous buy it now best offer auctions and listing it as though he owns it, while doing two day auctions. Please don't bid on this as you will not be receiving this comic.

Did you report to Ebay? That's some serious coin there......although love how he will make a deal if you contact him directly

I did contact Ebay, they don't do mess! And they explained it will take a week to view a report. I'm over Ebay!

 

So you're saying you reached out and he said he would deal directly? If so, that pisses me off!! These freaking scammers need to prosecuted by the law.

The book has a cert # which I'm sure he knows seeing that it is his copy. You are asking him like you dont trust or believe him, like he has something to hide or gain. I think he is notifying us and appreciate it. He could just say nothing. But lets make him prove it

It's my book haha. Thanks Junkdrawer . But I have no problem providing my Ebay handle as I've been selling comics for over 4 years on Ebay, both big/expensive and small comics and mainly keys. My handle is comicssvd.
